We do not provide messaging services. We provide code, protocol, crypto library. You compile it. You use it. You are responsible.

No content distribution. No user-generated content. No platform moderation. No one can shut it down.

Not for encryption. For friend requests. Like a phone number. No registration needed.

What's the difference from Signal or Telegram?

Signal and Telegram are "apps" providing communication services. Numotirus is a "protocol" and "library". You compile it yourself.

How to add friends?

Exchange keys. You give me your key, I give you mine. No central server to search.

How do messages work without a server?

P2P direct connection. Your device talks directly to the other device. No server in between.

Can non-programmers use it?

Currently requires compilation. Shenji (AI VTuber) will provide a GUI installer in the future.

How do you comply with social media age restrictions?

We do not operate a service. We only publish code. The law targets "platforms", not "programming tools".

Don't know C++? Write prototypes in Python, Go, Rust. Submit to SKILL branch.
